As one of the first IT service desks in a technical university across the whole of Germany, our IT-ServiceDesk has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
Our IT-ServiceDesk staff have successfully met the requirements of a quality management system (QMS). Since then, the latest version of the certification has been established.
The QMS that has been introduced guarantees that work processes are optimized for your benefit. The IT-ServiceDesk's QMS is customer focused and helps us to handle your requests to the IT center more efficiently.
