Maintenance work on the ticket tool of the IT Center in May 2019

In the period from May 14th until 16th, the ticket tool helpline is not available due to extensive maintenance work.

 

For this reason, requests cannot be processed or viewed by employees of the IT-ServiceDesk during the aforementioned period. Likewise, the ticket portal cannot be used.

E-mails sent to servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de between May 14th and 16th can only be processed after delivery from May 17th, 2019 onwards.

Telephone and personal enquiries as well as enquiries via chat are possible, but restricted in this period due to the maintenance work. Information on existing requests, on the other hand, will be possible again after the maintenance has been completed.

Due to the maintenance of the ticket tool from May 14th to 16th, delays in ticket processing are highly possible in the following days.
